Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
-As an artist, I maintain full rights and ownership of commissioned work. This includes: posting to social media, displaying in portfolios, or using as examples.
-I have the right to turn down or cancel any commission.
-The art is not to be used as an NFT or to train AI under any circumstances. Pieces will be given in only JPEG and PNG formats.
-Commissions are for personal use only. I’m not currently accepting commissions for any commercial purposes.
-Getting a non-profit, personal print of the piece for display is okay!
-All commissions are for a digital art piece.
-Turn around is estimated at 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and place in queue. If I believe the piece will take longer, this will be included in my estimate.
Payment
-Payment is accepted through Paypal invoices. A request will be sent to you once the design and the price is agreed upon.
-At least 50% payment will be required up front before I can begin.
-After an initial sketch is approved, full payment will be due and I will finish the piece once received.
-Completed commissions will be emailed to you. It will be sent as a JPEG by default, but if you would prefer PNG, just let me know.
-No refunds, unless I cannot complete your request. In the case that your commission cannot be completed, I will give a 100% refund.
-I am disabled and frequently have times of bad health. If I believe more time is needed than previously estimated, you will be contacted. If at this point you choose not to continue with the commission, I will refund you. This is the only way you can cancel and receive a refund.
